Voluntary sponsorship terms
You may voluntarily sponsor the Kálnoky Foundation’s museum and heritage work. Your chosen amount is separate from the admission ticket.

1. Parties
The Sponsor is the person identified by the name, postal address and email supplied in the ticket order. The Beneficiary is FUNDATIA „KALNOKY”, fiscal code RO15913396, foundation registration number 137/B/2003, at sat Micloșoara, oraș Baraolt, nr. 186, Covasna County, 525104, Romania; contact: events@kalnoky.ro.
2. Purpose and amount
The Sponsor chooses an amount in RON in the ticket shop. The amount shown separately in the order summary is the sponsorship value. It supports the Foundation’s nonprofit cultural and museum activities, including preservation and presentation of historic heritage. Sponsorship is optional; declining it does not affect the ticket purchase.
3. Payment and duration
The amount is paid using the method offered in checkout. The sponsorship period is 12 months from confirmed receipt; the parties may extend it by mutual agreement. Funds unused at the end of that period remain dedicated to the same cultural and museum purpose.
4. Rights and duties
The Sponsor confirms they may use the offered funds and that the money is not from public budget sources where the legal prohibition applies. If payment is not completed, the Sponsor does not owe the amount. The Sponsor may request confirmation of receipt and reasonable information about its use. The Beneficiary records the sponsorship and uses it for the agreed purpose. Reasonable costs of that purpose, including payment processing, may be covered from the amount without increasing it. Sponsorship gives no admission, priority, discount, service, advertising or other benefit in return. Tickets are purchased separately; no tax advantage is guaranteed.
5. Acceptance, record and contact
Checkout asks for express acceptance of these terms before order confirmation. The Foundation may retain the order data, acceptance evidence, payment status and applicable text in its private archive. This electronic record is not presented as a contract signed by the Sponsor and does not replace a signature required by law. For confirmation, an erroneous or unauthorized payment, or other questions, email events@kalnoky.ro with the order reference. Requests are resolved according to law and the particular circumstances, without limiting legal rights. Personal data handling is described in the privacy notice. Romanian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory applicable rules.
