I.Using this site

FUNDATIA "KALNOKY" sells museum admission for Miklósvár (Micloșoara) and Kőröspatak (Valea Crișului). Accommodation, weddings, concerts and services offered by other operators have their own conditions.

Museum ticket sales are enabled on this site. Admission is confirmed by the ticket provider after successful payment; selecting a time here does not hold a place.

Before a real order, the checkout must show the seller, selected castle, date, departure, quantity, full payable price and applicable terms. A reservation is confirmed only when the ticket provider confirms payment and sends the order confirmation. Choosing a time on this website does not hold a place.

II.Bookings and tickets

Miklósvár admission is 30 RON per person for an approximately 45-minute visit, with up to 25 visitors per departure including walk-ins. Departures are hourly 11:00–16:00, Friday to Sunday, with audio guides in Hungarian, Romanian and English. Kőröspatak opens its first museum exhibition, “25 Years of Royal Christmas Gifts in Kőröspatak”, on 28 November 2026. Exhibition tours run daily 28 November 2026–3 January 2027, except 24–25 and 31 December, and 1 January: weekdays (except 1 December) at 17:00 in Hungarian and 18:00 in Romanian; weekends and 1 December hourly 10:00–19:00, alternating Hungarian and Romanian. All Kőröspatak tours are guided, last 50 minutes, cost 40 RON for adults; 30 RON for pensioners, children aged 18 and under, and students with a valid student card and have up to 30 visitors per departure including walk-ins. All times are local Romanian time.

Online booking can be offered up to 90 days ahead and closes 15 minutes before departure, subject to the provider’s actual availability. A visitor may ask staff at events@kalnoky.ro for a date or time change at least 24 hours before departure; it is subject to available places and is confirmed only when staff issue the changed booking. There is no voluntary visitor cancellation or refund for a change of plans. This does not limit statutory rights. For a dated guided visit, the exception for leisure services on a specific date in Article 16(l) of Romanian OUG 34/2014 may apply. The checkout will state the applicable withdrawal position before payment.

If the castle cancels a confirmed tour, the visitor may choose an available alternative date or receive a refund of the ticket price. The Foundation will explain the refund method and timing directly. A missed departure does not automatically carry over to another tour; contact staff if delayed. If a payment was taken in error, contact events@kalnoky.ro with the order reference so we can investigate and correct it, including a refund where appropriate.

III.Liability

Please arrive in time and follow staff instructions inside the heritage buildings. Ask events@kalnoky.ro before booking about access needs so staff can explain the available route. We will correct material errors in the visit information. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

IV.Governing law

The seller is FUNDATIA "KALNOKY", Romania. Send ticket questions and complaints to events@kalnoky.ro, quoting the order number if you have one. Romanian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections. Consumers may also use the Romanian consumer authority’s alternative dispute resolution service (ANPC SAL, anpc.ro/sal/).
